Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute cleaning tasks in designated areas according to established schedules and methods.
  • Assist in the management of emergency spills as needed.
  • Conduct daily inspections of assigned equipment to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
  • Report any maintenance needs for equipment, furnishings, and facilities.
  • Properly dispose of waste and soiled linens, adhering to biohazardous waste protocols.
  • Monitor supply levels and notify supervisors when additional resources are required.
  • Perform self-assessments of all tasks and areas assigned.
  • Adhere to all policies, procedures, and safety standards while completing required educational assignments annually.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives as requested and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education: No specific educational requirements; a combination of formal education and/or relevant work experience is acceptable. Preference may be given to candidates with a high school diploma or GED.

Experience: No prior experience required.

Licensure: None required.
