Your Contributions in This Role
- Oversee cash application and credit & collections processes for commercial clients
- Manage daily cash application and routine order hold approvals
- Conduct account invoice collection and reconciliation tasks
- Handle dispute resolution and credit card chargebacks
- Perform account credit evaluations, maintenance, and limit control
- Assess and enhance existing processes to boost efficiency
- Process high-volume transactions while ensuring system accuracy
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service on complex accounts
What You Bring to the Role
- Experience in B2B credit management (required)
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Collections experience, including a minimum of 10 calls per day and follow-up emails
- Accounts Receivable experience, including invoicing and reconciliation
- Ability to create memos and maintain focus on 50 accounts daily
- Familiarity with SageX3 software and Salesforce (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree preferred (open to any field of study)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
