Our team of healthcare professionals is committed to helping patients recover from a wide range of conditions, including stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the guidance of a supervising Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive rehabilitation programs to patients. Your responsibilities will include acquiring pertinent information, implementing treatment plans, and modifying treatment as needed. You will also assist patients in preparing for treatment and provide support to diverse diagnostic populations.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire pertinent information and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs under the guidance of a supervising Physical Therapist
  • Assist patients in preparing for treatment and provide support to diverse diagnostic populations
  • Communicate and collaborate with support personnel regarding treatment orders
  • Apply physical agents, therapeutic exercises, and gait-training activities as outlined by the licensed Physical Therapist
  • Progress patients in an appropriate manner when deemed necessary by the Physical Therapist
Qualifications
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant
  • Previous experience in patient care preferred
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
