Staff Registered Nurse RN PCU Progressive Care Unit

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit PCU. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit PCU. This includes assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes. The RN will also work closely with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current and valid nursing license
- BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role
