Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Education and Support: Provide insightful information to clients and referring veterinarians regarding our extensive range of services, delivering empathetic assistance both over the phone and in person.
  • Appointment Management: Facilitate the scheduling of appointments at our multi-specialist facility, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.
  • Effective Communication: Manage reminder and follow-up communications with professionalism, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged.
  • Record Maintenance: Diligently update and preserve client and pet records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Compensation:

Salary ranges from $18 to $21 based on experience and skill set, with an additional overnight shift differential of $15 per shift.

Work Schedule:

Combination of the following shifts: 8 AM - 4 PM, 4 PM - 12 AM, and 12 AM - 8 AM.
