Position Overview:
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting our specialized and emergency care teams while providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Education and Assistance: Provide information to clients and referring veterinarians about our extensive services, offering empathetic support both over the phone and in person.
  • Appointment Management: Help clients schedule appointments at our multi-specialty facility, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Effective Communication: Manage reminder and follow-up communications skillfully, using both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged.
  • Record Management: Diligently update and maintain client and pet records, demonstrating a keen attention to detail.
Compensation Package:
  • Hourly wage of $18 - $21 based on experience and skillset
  • Overnight Shift Differential: $15 per shift
Work Schedule:
  • Combination of the following shifts:
    • 8 AM - 4 PM
    • 4 PM - 12 AM
    • 12 AM - 8 AM
