Job Overview

Dynamix ESG is actively seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee various initiatives within the oil and gas sector. The successful candidate will manage all facets of assigned projects, which may include multiple smaller projects or a singular, larger undertaking. This role will emphasize business development opportunities primarily in the gas utility and gas storage sectors, encompassing both regulated and unregulated environments.

Compensation Package

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000

Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, quantify, and manage diverse projects for current and prospective clients.
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency in presenting effective methodologies to both team members and end users.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
  • Recognize and cultivate new business opportunities in construction, operations, and decommissioning of wells and related facilities.
  • Possess technical knowledge of drilling, stimulation, workovers, and repairs in a regulated setting, along with familiarity in midstream operations including separation, compression, pipelining, welding, and fabrication.
  • Assist in pricing strategies based on competitive analysis and contribute to realistic sales forecasting.
  • Establish and nurture business relationships with clients in both office and field settings.
  • Supervise and guide in-house engineering and project management teams.
  • Oversee departmental budgets, expenditures, and payroll.
  • Proactively assess and maintain optimal staffing levels.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Evaluate supplier and subcontractor performance.
  • Identify, mentor, and develop key personnel within the organization.
  • Manage and review daily, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Encourage collaboration across various business lines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience managing projects in the upstream/midstream oil and gas industry or a related field.
  • Preferred: IADC Oil and Gas Operator Representative (OGOR) certification via Wild Well training.
  • Experience with industry-standard software and the ability to learn required client systems.
  • Proficient in working independently and leading cross-functional teams at various organizational levels.
  • Project Management certification is desirable.

Physical Requirements:

  • Candidates must be capable of working in field environments under various weather conditions while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
