- Administer assigned claims, determine benefits due, and administer action plans pursuant to the claim or client contract
- Communicate claim actions with claimants and clients
- Maintain professional client relationships
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Two years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Strong analytical and interpretive skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
