Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations, drive efficiency, and support the management team to achieve operational and financial goals. This is a pivotal leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Branch Operations Management: Ensure efficient branch operations, including safety, sanitation, inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Regulatory Compliance: Enforce compliance with safety regulations (HACCP, OSHA), security measures, and quality control standards.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze operational and financial reports to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
- Team Leadership: Manage hiring, training, and professional development for department managers and staff.
- Experience: At least 4 years of management experience in foodservice or grocery distribution.
- Operational Skills: Proven expertise in P&L, inventory control, payroll, and loss prevention.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage and coach department managers and staff.
- Customer Focus: Skilled at building and sustaining customer relationships.
