Job SummaryWe are seeking a full-time Clinical Educator to join our Perinatal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with staff to assess, identify, and meet the educational needs of the Perinatal staff.
The Clinical Educator will design and implement effective educational programs, utilizing adult learning principles and multiple teaching approaches to meet the diverse learning styles of staff.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Perinatal staff to assess and identify educational needs.
- Design and implement effective educational programs, utilizing adult learning principles and multiple teaching approaches.
- Monitor participant progress and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
- Participate in and contribute to interdisciplinary performance improvement activities.
- Integrate evidence-based practice and nursing theory into education interventions.
- Demonstrate Service Excellence at all times.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- BSN required, MSN preferred.
- Current RN licensure in Florida.
- Current BLS through American Heart Association.
- Current ACLS through American Heart Association.
- Current AWHONN Intermediate EFM.
