Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Women & Children's OB Educator to join our team. As a Clinical Educator, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective educational programs for our Perinatal staff, ensuring they maintain and improve their competence in their defined roles and meet regulatory agency requirements.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Perinatal staff to assess, identify, and meet educational needs
- Design and implement effective educational programs using adult learning principles and multiple teaching approaches
- Monitor participant progress and evaluate program effectiveness
- Participate in interdisciplinary performance improvement activities
- Integrate evidence-based practice and nursing theory into education interventions
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- BSN required, MSN preferred
- Current RN licensure in Florida
- Current BLS through American Heart Association
- Current ACLS through American Heart Association
- Current AWHONN Intermediate EFM
- Current AWHONN Intermediate EFM Instructor Certification
- Specialty Certification: RNC-Obstetrics
