Key Responsibilities- Maintain cross-functional communication with various departments to stay informed about repair and replacement needs in customer-facing areas and facility infrastructure.
- Work within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage work orders for both in-house duties and outsourced contractor services.
- Utilize Building Management System (BMS)/Energy Management System (EMS) to review property operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate outsourced projects by reviewing pricing and approving contracted jobs to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Inspect and perform preventive maintenance, identifying repair and service needs, and prioritize critical repairs to minimize disruptions to members.
- Assist in performing repairs and maintenance of equipment and maintain the Maintenance Log to ensure accurate records.
- Maintain an overview of inventory counts and order new equipment and supplies as needed to ensure optimal facility operations.
- Travel within the market to participate in training sessions, department meetings, and provide support as needed to ensure seamless operations.

- Complete administrative tasks promptly, including communication and documentation, to ensure efficient operations.
