Job Opportunity at tarte cosmetics

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Education Specialist to join our team at tarte cosmetics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving brand success at the store level, interacting with store employees and clients, and providing in-store brand support to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report to designated stores daily and achieve targeted sales goals for assigned stores
  • Coordinate and schedule in-store sales support, events, and education initiatives
  • Act as primary day-to-day brand contact for designated stores and educate Sephora/ULTA/Macy's on product knowledge, artistry, and selling skills
  • Partner with store teams to plan in-store events and education initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness
  • Evaluate each store's sales results and build and develop strong relationships with retailer partners at store level
  • Review and update in-store visual merchandising
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of retail sales experience in an open-sell environment, with experience in Sephora or Ulta highly preferred
  • Demonstrated skills in communication, selling, product knowledge, events, artistry, and education
  • Ability to take strategic direction based on sales analysis and have a memorable, positive, professional, and enthusiastic presence
  • Self-motivated, committed, and goal-oriented individual with flexibility to work weekends and evenings and ability to travel within the local region as required
