  • Evaluate equipment quality, review route data, and maintain an inventory of company vehicles and equipment.
  • Interact with drivers to uphold company standards and policies, conduct monthly safety meetings, and investigate accidents.
  • Review and resolve customer service discrepancies, manage staffing to minimize turnover, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in trucking and hauling.
  • Working knowledge of solid waste management systems.
  • Basic proficiency in internet use and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid class C driver's license and record of safe driving.
  • Class A MSW License or ability to obtain within 3 months.

Compensation: $85k-$95k per year, with full benefits.
