Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Wireless Sales Representative to join our team. As a Wireless Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, making recommendations based on customer needs, and utilizing digital tools to provide a seamless sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service customers' needs and make recommendations based on their specifications
  • Be a brand ambassador for T-Mobile services and utilize digital tools to provide outstanding customer service
  • Retrain customers by recommending current products and services
  • Utilize training to stay current on the newest technology products and services

Requirements

  • Positive attitude with self-motivation
  • Willingness to learn and utilize proven techniques to grow your business and resolve issues with T-Mobile branded solutions
  • Commitment to build relationships with customers, peers, and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while providing the best T-Mobile service in the business
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
