The Brand Operations Lead is pivotal in steering Brand Operations on key strategic projects that traverse Booz Allen. This role serves as the primary liaison for essential brand evaluations, orchestrating brand training sessions as part of the company's brand transformation strategy, and spearheading initiatives that enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Brand Operations, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Facilitate brand training sessions to support the company's ongoing brand transformation efforts.
- Manage and coordinate projects that amplify brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, merchandise suppliers, and the in-house agency to drive project success.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management, Brand Management, Marketing, or Communications within a B2B or B2G context, or a creative agency.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment, maintaining timelines and documentation.
- Experience in delivering virtual and in-person presentations that adhere to brand guidelines and compliance standards.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback based on research, metrics, and established brand guidelines.
- Proficient in reviewing or developing templates and materials that uphold and enhance the Booz Allen brand identity.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Products, SharePoint, and Ivalua.
- Bachelor's degree required.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on collaborative problem-solving.
