Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Client Technical Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring their online access and navigation of our website, systems, and accounts are seamless and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to tier II escalated technical inquiries from internal and external clients
  • Provide client support and protection related to online access attempts via our electronic channels
  • Utilize strong troubleshooting techniques, de-escalation, and problem-solving skills to resolve client issues
  • Communicate technical troubleshooting steps in a detailed, well-organized manner over the phone
  • Assimilate technical concepts and new technology quickly
  • Work in a team environment, sharing feedback and knowledge with peers
  • Promote and embrace positive client interactions, as well as personal, team, and company improvement
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one-year prior client service experience
  • Shift flexibility: various schedules of weekdays and early evenings
  • Proven experience utilizing strong troubleshooting techniques, de-escalating, and problem-solving
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening skills and effective communication
  • Demonstrates a technical aptitude by quickly assimilating technical concepts and new technology
  • Excellent knowledge of common browsers and mobile devices
  • Extensive knowledge of PC/Mac computing environments
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Passion for service, positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong client focus
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of prior client service experience
  • 1 year or more of Financial Services industry experience
