Position Overview

If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers and have a keen interest in retail operations, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career. The starting compensation for this position is $12.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers during checkout processes, including sales, returns, and other transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members on sales, returns, and inventory management tasks.
  • Stay informed about current fashion trends and product details to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Ensure the sales floor and checkout areas are clean and organized.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate personnel.
  • Restock merchandise on the sales floor and perform additional departmental tasks as needed.
  • Assist in the picking and shipping of online orders.
