Key Responsibilities:
As a Financial Operations Manager, you will ensure that our clients' accounting practices are accurate, efficient, and up-to-date. Your role will encompass:
- Managing all assigned clients and associated tasks to guarantee high-quality financial reporting.
- Recording and categorizing financial transactions across various accounting platforms.
- Preparing month-end entries, maintaining complex supporting schedules, and reconciling balance sheet accounts.
- Delivering precise financial reports and engaging in discussions regarding results with clients.
- Regularly reviewing financial outcomes and identifying areas for enhancement with clients.
- Coordinating and communicating with client teams to ensure proactive management of client relationships.
- Providing backup support for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and other bookkeeping duties as necessary.

Qualifications:
- A degree in accounting (Bachelor's or higher) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping for small to mid-sized businesses.
- Experience managing multiple clients or companies simultaneously.
- Expertise in balance sheets and financial statements.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) with recent experience.
- Strong multitasking abilities, time management skills, and effective communication.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- A genuine passion for assisting others and contributing to team efforts.
- Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounting within the automotive repair sector.
- Experience with internal or external audits.
