We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Intake Department. The successful candidate will provide direct patient care, collect and analyze data, and assist medical providers with rounds and medication administration.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for providing care and a commitment to our organization's values. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25.02-$33.77 and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and a 401k retirement plan.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and collect and analyze data
- Assist medical providers with rounds and medication administration
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records
- Current LVN California License
- CPR certification
- Handle with Care Certification
- One year of experience in a behavioral/psychiatric facility (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
