Key Responsibilities- Financial Leadership: Support the financial health of the clinic by managing intakes, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes.
- Clinical Oversight: Conduct quality audits, monitor treatment hours, and support effective time management skills to ensure the highest level of clinical excellence.
- Leadership and Development: Conduct and lead weekly leadership meetings, monitor performance, and provide feedback to ensure the growth and development of your team.
- Onboarding and Training: Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new team members, including completion of required competency checks.
- Business Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and innovation.
- Education: Master's degree in a relevant field, with ABA coursework approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience: 3 years of experience as a practicing Board Certified Behavior Analyst, preferably in a clinic setting.
- Licensure: State license, as required.
- Skills: Passion for building, growth, and innovation, with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
