Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field, with ABA coursework approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experience: 3 years of experience as a practicing Board Certified Behavior Analyst, preferably in a clinic setting.
  • Licensure: State license, as required.
  • Skills: Passion for building, growth, and innovation, with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
