Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent
  • Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations
  • Partner with leadership to understand and execute the organization's HR and talent strategy
  • Manage the relationship between Alphalete and outsourced HR vendors to perform daily HR tasks
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the company culture
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters, coaching them on effective performance conversations
  • Identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization and design and deliver impactful learning programs
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record of driving HR initiatives and programs
  • 5+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations
  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification
