As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive work environment, overseeing employee relations, and implementing policies and procedures to support the growth and development of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent
- Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Partner with leadership to understand and execute the organization's HR and talent strategy
- Manage the relationship between Alphalete and outsourced HR vendors to perform daily HR tasks
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the company culture
- Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters, coaching them on effective performance conversations
- Identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization and design and deliver impactful learning programs
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record of driving HR initiatives and programs
- 5+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification
- A dynamic and fast-paced work environment
