Job Summary

Pocket Nurse Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices and bills
  • Maintain and reconcile financial records, including ledgers and journals
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
