Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to take on the role of Guest Services Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess an engaging personality and set the standard for the team in creating memorable first impressions for our guests. The Guest Services Supervisor will oversee and guide the team in extending a warm welcome to our guests, assisting with luggage, and serving as a knowledgeable resource about the hotel and local attractions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate guests' discovery of their unique experiences.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and showing genuine interest.
  • Welcome each guest to our establishment, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
  • Assist arriving guests by opening their doors and greeting them warmly.
  • Guide guests to the front desk for check-in and escort them to their rooms, sharing information about our amenities.
  • Train and mentor the team of bell attendants to ensure exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with management on special events that may affect guest arrivals and departures.
  • Work alongside other attendants to provide personalized experiences for each guest.
  • Support lobby attendants in maintaining a clean and organized entrance area.
  • Strive to exceed expectations for both guests and employees, going beyond the ordinary.
