At Integrated Power Services, we're seeking a skilled Wind Field Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you'll be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our clients' renewable energy equipment. Your primary duties will include performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment issues, and providing exceptional customer service. **Responsibilities:**

* Perform routine maintenance tasks on wind turbines, including bearing replacements and slip ring maintenance
* Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment issues, including electrical and mechanical problems
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of client issues
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve maintenance goals and objectives
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in electromechanical maintenance

**Requirements:**

* 3+ years of experience in electromechanical maintenance
* Strong background in electrical and mechanical systems
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work at heights and in challenging weather conditions
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
