Job Description

The People Development Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive Human Resource strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage all aspects of Employee Relations, including policy development, annual review processes, employee coaching, benefits administration, job description management, and training programs.
  • Collaborate with Sr. Leadership team members to provide strategic support and ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR department records and reports.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with department leaders to identify employee issues and opportunities.
  • Design and implement employee programs for development, engagement, and retention.
  • Review and revise job descriptions, providing market salary/benefits guidance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of human resource experience, with at least five in a senior leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR federal laws and regulations.
  • Experience working with independent contractors, salaried, and hourly employees.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Aptitude for resourceful problem-solving and thorough knowledge of company procedures and policies.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems.
Benefits and Compensation

Our compensation package includes an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, reflecting the complexity and importance of this role within our organization.
