Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Residuals Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the residuals setup process, managing a residuals analyst, and working with external service providers to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the residuals setup process from inception to final approval, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage a team of one residuals analyst responsible for collecting and gathering mandatory residuals data.
- Collaborate with external service providers to address inquiries and resolve issues related to show setup approvals.
- Support the Executive Director of Residuals in creating residual estimates, providing expert analysis and guidance.
- Assist in researching guild claims and network rebill support, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Possess extensive knowledge of SAG-AFTRA, WGA, DGA, AFM, IATSE, MEAA, UBCP, ACTRA, and British Equity Agreements.
- Calculate Network and SVOD bases, applicable minimum salary, time units, and pension ceiling with precision.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in residual management with a proven track record of success.
- Extensive knowledge of industry agreements and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
