Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Mt. Olive Pickle Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks involving the general maintenance and repair of buildings, premises, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and premises.
  • Assist trades personnel with repair and maintenance tasks.
  • Operate various equipment, including forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.
  • Move and arrange furniture and equipment.
  • Perform minor inspections of work performed and general building condition.
  • Pressure wash buildings and properties.
  • Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are stored properly.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent educational experience.
  • Valid NC driving license.
  • Ability to climb tall ladders and work at elevated levels.
  • Use common hand and power tools.
Working Conditions
