Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will provide mechanical support services to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing mechanical support services to respond to operational changes resulting from malfunction, breakdown, relocation, replacement, or modification of existing mechanical systems and/or equipment.
- Assisting the maintenance team and supporting all aspects of the maintenance department as needed or directed.
- Completing maintenance work orders accurately and on time.
- Performing emergency equipment repairs alone and/or with assistance from other IMTs.
- Performing preventive maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.
- Working in accordance with quality, safety, sanitation standards, quality policies, and guidelines.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- General industrial mechanical maintenance and/or electrical system experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- The ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
