About the Role

The Business Development Representative will play a crucial role in securing, maintaining, and nurturing current and new business partnerships with Select Employer Group Partners (SEGs). This position requires a strong ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend and present at various events to our branch communities to promote credit union products and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contacts through indirect and direct sales channels.
  • Track and report on all events and interactions with current and potential partners.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the overall business development strategy for the credit union.
Requirements
  • 2-year college degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in client relationships/management and business development.
  • Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and member service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
Work Environment

This position requires frequent and independent travel to SEG partner locations with a variety of industries. The work schedule may fall outside of normal work hours to include weekends depending on SEG partner needs.
