At Omni Inclusive, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will play a critical role in planning and implementing e-commerce solutions for global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis and thorough documentation of current and future state business processes that require improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and recommend solutions to improve Commerce functionalities, business practices & procedures.
  • Distinguish requests from underlying needs and evaluate information received.
  • Capture use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria for new requests.
  • Develop UI/UX or other artifacts to facilitate requirement elaborations as needed.
  • Participate in sprint planning & grooming sessions and elaborate on requirements and expectations for project teams.
  • Produce business flowcharts or other visual aids to communicate changes to business teams.
  • Check feasibility by comparing functional needs with the Salesforce Commerce Cloud solution and make recommendations to the Product Owner.
  • Configure all aspects of storefronts for global markets based on their localized requirements.
  • Manage multiple initiatives, priorities, tasks and deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Assist business teams and QA teams in designing test cases, validating features and end-to-end testing.
  • Participate in cross-cloud meetings, e-commerce UAT and roll-out activities.
  • Develop training materials on the Business Manager tool and e-commerce features for business users and regional support teams.

Requirements:

  • Maintain awareness of business model and unique global Commerce requirements.
