This role involves analyzing program and process performance to identify risks and support process improvements. You will perform Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and product build surveillance activities to ensure Production/Quality process compliance.

The position is a catalyst for Program initiatives to reduce Scrap, Rework, and Repair (SRR) cost, improve Quality Inspection systems, and reduce internal and external escapes.

This role supports the C-130 program and requires a US Citizen. The position is located in Marietta, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement advanced Quality Engineering initiatives
  • Analyze program and process performance to identify risks and support process improvements
  • Perform Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and product build surveillance activities
  • Ensure Production/Quality process compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Experience using basic Quality Engineering tools, including Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Cause Maps, and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
