Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and passionate Spa Manager to lead our Equinox Spa at a cutting-edge facility. This role is ideal for a candidate eager to make a substantial impact within a vibrant and evolving organization.
The Equinox Spa offers an exquisite retreat for the senses, featuring top-tier amenities and a commitment to the latest in spa treatments and techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and manage operational costs while ensuring the highest standards of customer service are met.
- Recruit, train, inspire, and evaluate the Spa team to foster a high-performing environment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of spa facilities and equipment.
- Ensure the aesthetic appeal and serenity of the Spa environment to enhance guest relaxation.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service.
- Previous hotel spa management experience is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a spa setting.
- Licensure or experience in Massage Therapy and/or Esthetics is advantageous.
Compensation Details
Salary: $78K with an additional $9K bonus potential.
