- Service Program Management: Manage annual scheduled services programs and contracts, including preventative maintenance, annual pump testing, inspections, maintenance contracts.
- Repair and Refurbishment: Manage collision and body repair, refurbishment, and upgrade work.
- Leadership and Accountability: Leadership, management, and holding all direct reports accountable to their responsibilities.
- Department Growth: Generate department growth by achieving daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Customer Satisfaction: Customer satisfaction and customer experience results and KPIs to set the industry standard.
- Safety and Training: Ensure proper onboarding, safety training, technical training, and continuing education of technicians.
- Staff Development: Recruiting, onboarding, training, development, and continuing education of all technicians and department staff.
- Experience: 5+ years technical and/or supervisory experience in the commercial truck/heavy equipment industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to multitask and multi-project many items simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: Detail oriented.
- Sales and Customer Service: Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Task Prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Customer Relationship Building: Excellent follow-up and customer relationship building skills.
- Work Environment: Generally, works in an office environment, but regularly exposed to shop noise, heat, and other conditions.
- Travel: Occasional travel to visit customers or attend training.
