About the Position
We are seeking an experienced OR Manager RN to lead our Operating Room team at The Oaks Surgery Center. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Operating Room staff, planning and coordinating staffing, working collaboratively with physicians to ensure proper equipment for surgery, maintaining a clean environment, and enforcing healthcare policies and procedures.

Responsibilities and Expectations
* Provide leadership and guidance to OR staff to ensure excellent patient care and service.
* Develop and implement effective staffing schedules and workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity.
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of surgical services.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures, including infection control and emergency preparedness plans.
* Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including PM's and troubleshooting as needed.

Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in an Operating Room setting, preferably in a management or supervisory role.

* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
