About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization. As a Laboratory Assistant Phlebotomist, you'll be responsible for obtaining blood samples, transporting samples for medical testing, and processing specimens according to protocol and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will perform venipunctures professionally and with skill at various sites and explain the procedure to patients.
  • You will ensure draws are collected in a timely manner and check all workload pending lists periodically for specimen accountability.
  • You will accurately label patient samples following hospital policy.

Requirements

  • Current Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist Certification (MA-P) or Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist eligible.
  • Current Washington state driver's license.
  • Experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. Our pay scale is $27.53 USD, but pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
