We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Expert to join our team at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. As a Guest Service Expert, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and unique experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, and interact with guests to create a seamless dining experience.
  • Manage the menu, including reading and verifying information, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Take a hands-on approach to work, moving, lifting, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and managing the menu.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Less than 1 year related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience.
