  • Resource and Education
    • Provide expert guidance and support to healthcare team members on diabetes management and nutrition-related topics.
    • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current on best practices and research findings.
    • Develop and maintain educational materials and resources to support patient education and staff training.
  • Growth and Development

Requirements
  • Licensure and Certification
    • Current registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) in the State of Illinois.
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in clinical nutrition or a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Working Conditions
  • Ability to travel locally and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and use patient handling equipment as needed.
