Pediatric Dietitian

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Dietitian to join our team at Advocate Aurora Health. As a Clinical Nutrition Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing medical nutrition therapy to pediatric patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care.

• Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans for pediatric patients, taking into account their unique needs and medical conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
• Provide education and support to patients and families on nutrition-related topics, promoting healthy eating habits and disease management.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in pediatric nutrition, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.

• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
• RD registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Experience in pediatric nutrition, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
