Key Responsibilities- Develop and direct maintenance best practice policies to ensure optimal facility operations.
- Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and training process for all Facilities personnel.
- Approve work schedules, salary adjustments, and staffing needs to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor energy consumption and initiate cost-saving steps to control utility costs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and codes.
- Oversee purchasing and inventory procedures to maintain critical spare inventory levels.
- Develop and implement strategic and long-range plans to improve facility operations and reduce costs.
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
- Capacity scheduling background and experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coach and develop managers and supervisors.
- Advanced organizational, leadership, and guest service skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
