At FPI Management, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Community Director to join our team. As a key member of our community operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the Community Director in the day-to-day property operations and managing the asset to meet the client's expressed operational and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Community Director in supervising on-site staff, including Resident Services Coordinators, Compliance Specialists, Leasing Managers, and Maintenance Technicians.
  • Manage the asset to meet the client's expressed operational and financial goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Community Director to develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably within Residential Property Management.
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required. College degree in a relatable field preferred, but not required.
  • Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance which meets State requirements, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI's Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.
  • Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Apps, property management-related software, email, internet).
