Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients with dementia
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Encourage social interaction and engagement to prevent isolation
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to our care team
Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in dementia care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
