Location Overview:
Westin Tampa Bay is a distinguished AAA Four Diamond hotel, beautifully situated on the waterfront, offering stunning bay views and exceptional amenities. We are conveniently located near major transportation hubs and popular attractions.

Position Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Front Desk team as Night Auditors. The ideal candidate possesses a warm personality that leaves a lasting impression on our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for checking in and registering guests, serving as a knowledgeable resource about the hotel, its amenities, and the surrounding area. This position requires working during critical hours, typically from 11 PM to 7 AM.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests in discovering their ideal experiences.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and showing genuine interest.
  • Facilitate guest check-ins, ensuring proper credit is processed, special requests are acknowledged and fulfilled, and accurate information is recorded.
  • Address and resolve issues to exceed guest expectations.
  • Promote and sell special hotel programs.
  • Maintain professional interactions with hotel staff, providing necessary information to support other departments.
  • Be well-versed in all emergency procedures and policies.
  • Manage the house bank efficiently.
  • Generate, print, and distribute daily and weekly reports.
  • Adhere to Night Audit procedures with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communicate all relevant information to the manager on duty.
  • Follow established protocols for posting charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and processing refunds.
  • Support other departments as required.
