Role Overview:
As a Room Attendant/Housekeeper at McKibbon Hospitality, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and suites, including bathrooms and living areas.
- Change and make beds, and clean other assigned areas.
- Collaborate with the Housekeeping Department to uphold the cleanliness standards essential to our guests' satisfaction.
Key Qualifications:
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to work with people.
- Ability to work on your feet and push a housekeeping cart.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Previous cleaning or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Capability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights (minimum of 20 lbs.).
Ideal Skills and Attributes:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Quick learner, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with guest interaction.
