Your Opportunity:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Front Desk team as a Night Auditor. The ideal candidate will utilize their friendly demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role is crucial during the hours of 11 PM to 7 AM, where exceptional service is paramount.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests in discovering their ideal experience
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests genuinely
  • Manage guest check-ins, ensuring proper credit, fulfilling special requests, and providing accurate information
  • Address and resolve issues to exceed guest expectations
  • Promote and sell unique hotel programs
  • Collaborate professionally with hotel staff and assist other departments as needed
  • Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and policies
  • Oversee house bank and financial transactions
  • Generate and distribute daily and weekly reports
  • Adhere to Night Audit procedures with meticulous attention to detail
  • Communicate essential information to the manager on duty
  • Follow established protocols for postings, charges, cash handling, and refunds
