Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiologic Technologist to join our team at CHI St. Anthony Hospital. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing radiological exams at a technical level, assuming responsibility for the safe and proper operation of radiological equipment, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform radiological exams, including X-rays, CT scans, and fluoroscopy, using various equipment and techniques.
  • Assume responsibility for the safe and proper operation of radiological equipment, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including explaining procedures, positioning patients, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient exams, including radiographic images and reports.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest radiologic technologies and techniques.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • Current ARRT certification in Radiography.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Diagnostic Radiology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ARRT certification in Mammography or certification eligible.
  • Experience with radiologic equipment and software.
  • Knowledge of radiologic principles and practices.
