  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
This role represents the company in addressing complaints, mediating disputes, or resolving issues. As a Dining Room Assistant, you will be expected to proactively engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction, involving a supervisor only when previous methods have not resolved the situation.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in a serving role is preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Exhibits outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Works effectively within a team environment.
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of dining room and service protocols is essential.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to multitask effectively by managing multiple guests and responsibilities in a timely manner.
  • Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and food safety regulations is crucial.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and distances.
  • Must be able to kneel and stoop as the job requires.
  • Frequently lift/carry up to 25 lbs; occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
