Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Restaurant Manager to join our team at Sullivan's Steakhouse. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for establishing excellent guest service and satisfaction as a priority through personal example, helping the General Manager execute plans based on guest surveys to improve guests' restaurant experience and increase loyalty, and assisting the General Manager to ensure the profitability of restaurant operations by operating within cost of goods and labor productivity guidelines while providing quality food and exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Establishes excellent guest service and satisfaction as a priority through personal example
  • Helps GM execute plans based on guest surveys to improve guests' restaurant experience and increase loyalty
  • Assists the GM to ensure the profitability of restaurant operations by operating within cost of goods and labor productivity guidelines while providing quality food and exceptional service
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of Casual Dining, Upscale Casual Dining or Fine Dining Experience
  • Strong leader with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for hospitality
  • Previous experience managing a steakhouse and level 1 Wine Certification are a plus
