Nurse Leadership Role for Patient-Centered Care

The Houston Methodist Specialty Physician Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Lead Staff RN in the Adult Congenital Heart Disease Program. Job SummaryWe are looking for a talented and motivated Registered Nurse who is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. As a Lead Staff RN, you will play a critical role in coordinating the efforts of the patient, physician, referring physicians, multi-disciplinary teams, and other healthcare professionals involved in the patient's care. You will be responsible for ensuring that our patients receive seamless, coordinated care that meets their unique needs and addresses their physical, psychosocial, and spiritual well-being.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop best practices, identify areas for process improvement, and lead initiatives to enhance patient safety and quality care outcomes. You will also serve as a mentor and resource to your colleagues, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them achieve their full potential.
About the Job- This is a full-time position with a salary range of $83,000 - $114,000 per year, depending on experience.
- You will work 36 hours per week, with occasional travel within the Houston Metropolitan area.
- As a Lead Staff RN, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, leading quality improvement initiatives, and mentoring staff members to achieve excellence in their practice.
