Key Responsibilities:- Lead the initial implementation and onboarding of new customer accounts, ensuring timely and effective integration.
- Manage account connections, integration fulfillment, and tailored team trainings for all locations within an account.
- Resolve customer issues and monitor usage to ensure successful completion of new customer implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create new processes and adapt to changing circumstances.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer onboarding or implementation roles, preferably in SaaS.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Exceptional written and communication skills, with experience communicating directly with clients.
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity levels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex customer environments.
- Competitive compensation package, including $55,000 base salary and $5,000 variable bonus.
